4. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages or submissions. All submitted, viewed, modified information could be monitored, tracked and logged. You agree that information stored within the mcnextra.com should not be viewed by our clients, suppliers, friends or family. The extranet must be viewed by MCN Company Groups employees within office environment only. Any abuse will terminate your account immediately.

5. We reserve the right to delete any message or information for any or no reason whatsoever on high management request/approval. System abuse will result in user name cancellation. Your access will be banned until high management review.

The information given will be used in a safe and secure manner within MCN Network. By registering to the Extranet you also agree on both e-mail and software policies.
